Exciting Updates in Marketplace Cuisine!
Sunday evenings will now offer Fully Loaded Better Burgers at the
Grill. The beef burgers are Real Food Challenge compliant Local, from
V6 Ranch in Parkfield, CA. You can sub the higher-welfare beef patties
with turkey burgers or Organic, vegan and gluten-free shiitake
burgers. The Better Burgers will come with a Local bun and Organic and
Local toppings (tomatoes, arugula, relish, fried onion strings and
$12.50 per plate
This semester the Weekend Omelet bar will transition to almost entirely Real
Food Challenge ingredients, including Organic Wilcox eggs, Organic
cheese, local &/or organic produce toppings (tomatoes, peppers,
onions, spinach, etc.).
Omelets: $6.50, Huevos Rancheros: $6.25
Monday through Friday, Organic Tofu will be available at the Grill for vegan tofu scrambles for $6.50.
The Tuesday and Thursday Pasta at the Sauteé Station will now feature
Real Food Challenge compliant Organic and Local produce toppings.
Half order: $5.75, Full order: $7.00
To satisfy student requests and decrease our carbon footprint, ground
turkey will replace ground beef at the Sunday Night Taco bar.
