"Hey! Is there any way we could get large individual pickles for sale? I love a big juicy crunchy dill pickle as a snack and I'm sure other people do too. I have seen them individually packaged before but a big jar of them would work too. Thanks!"
Yes! The Marketplace now carries individually packaged dill pickles. Look for them in the Grab & Go.
"I saw that you already responded to a request or sushiritos but I just wanted to second that and say that was so good and it would make my semester to see it on the menu again! I also wanted to ask if it is possible that pho could be served? Thank you for all you do the food is wonderful!!"

“What's up with the greek yogurt in the MP? There are rarely ever plain yogurts, sometimes only flip yogurts, and sometimes none at all. Is there any way that plain chobani could always be offered?”
The Marketplace unfortunately only has one purveyor for Greek Yogurt. They only deliver on Wednesdays. To complicate things, last week the Grab and Go refrigerator was out of order. We attempt to provide a selection of flavors every day, but some flavors are more popular than others, and what we are left with usually, on Monday's and Tuesday's, are the Flips. It is an ongoing effort to get the ordering just right.

It’s a long story, but here’s the short version: One cook made the chili that you raved about. He used slightly different ingredients including fresh tomatoes instead of canned. Another cook made it the following week, but it turned out rather thin, not what we (or you) were expecting. We don’t have the labor to chop fresh tomatoes regularly for this dish, but we ARE working on the recipe, to make a thicker, heartier, spicier chili. Try it again and please let us know what you think.

"I would love to see Rxbars sold at Oxy as they're sustinable, super healthy, and really good. They sell them at Wholefoods, Trader Joes and a few other places. They are about 2 bucks a piece and would make a nice addition to the various bars that you already offer. They're also vegan and gluten free. "
Unfortunately Rxbars have the highest price point of any bars from our suppliers, which means we would need to charge you more. And while they may have some aspects of sustainability, Rxbars don’t currently meet Real Food Challenge guidelines. Campus Dining is working to meet our Real Food Challenge commitment by making new items RFC compliant.

Thank you for letting us know you like these salads. The Pear and Brie with Pomegranates will return – although we don’t have a date as yet. The Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad is currently anticipated to be on the menu for Thursday 2/16.
“Is it possible to regularly have white beans (navy or great northern) at the MP salad bar? I'm allergic to red kidney beans (and brown/pinto beans) so it would be amazing to have a bean to add to my salad every time (besides chickpeas & soy). Thanks for listening! (I'm partial to navy beans but black beans, or black-eyed peas are great too, and perhaps more cost effective).”
We currently rotate Black Beans into the variety of legumes we have available at the Salad Bar. We will occasionally work in the White Beans too.
“I recently found out that I need to follow a gluten free diet, and am struggling to find options in the marketplace. If we could get gluten-free wraps in the sandwich bar it would be a great addition for gluten free students. The Rudis gluten free brand of spinach and plain tortillas are particularly good”
Gluten Free Wraps are now available at the Deli Station. Just request one from your sandwich maker!

The soup rotation has 2-3 vegan soups per week. Next week plan to enjoy Toasted Quinoa & Garbanzo 2/13, and Indian Red Lentil 2/16. Black Olives are rotated into the salad bar at least once a week. If they are not available at the salad bar, look for them at the Sauté Station on Pasta and Omelet days.
Hello! If possible, could we get larger quantities of the original Skinny Pop? It seems to run out so much faster than the White Cheddar kind.
The original Skinny Pops do sell at a much higher rate than the White Cheddar, but there is limited space for Skinny Pop. People who love the White Cheddar would be very upset if Original took over the clip designated for White Cheddar. If you ever find the Original out of stock, please ask a Cashier or Front of House Supervisor, they will be happy to assist you and see if we have any in our stockroom.
I really love cauliflower so whenever homestyle serves it, it makes me really happy. More cauliflower is always welcome. Also, when will we see the return of the salmon chowder? So good.
We hope you caught the Cauliflower Grits at Homestyle at Dinner on 2/9. But if not, look for Caulflower Grits again incorporated into the Organic Bar on Thursday 2/16 at dinner. We will also have Cauliflower Pakora at Meatless Monday Indian Style. Our chef is very fond of Cauliflower and uses it often. Salmon Chowder is not on the menu in February (although we have Seafood Chowder on 2/13 and Clam Chowder on 2/24), but we may be able to serve it in March.
The chocolate a bagels are indistinguishable from the raisin bagels haha It would be super helpful if there was a specific side for each one or if they were labeled somehow. Pretty surprising when you're expecting one and it's the other. Thanks for everything!”

We are ordering the Chocolate Bagels, but keeping them in the Bakery, with a sign noting they are available by request. So, please ask for them, so they remain popular and stay on the menu J

“I don't understand why burger bar changed. It was so good and with so many options. Who has ever heard of a burger wothout fries? The meat was better and there were fries. Nobody I've talked to likes the change. Also, it took a while to get through the line but that was because chef's corner wasn't open”
Thank you so much for the comment. The Fully Loaded Better Burger is a work in progress. We will adjust this week and add fries. The intent is to serve a better quality product that is humane and meets Real Food Challenge criteria. We are taking all comments seriously and hope you will continue to give us feedback. BTW, Chef’s Corner has been open as usual each Sunday, serving Tacos J
“The stirfry noodles were very bad today. Portions were small, hey were hard to chew, and they had a strange taste to them. Please bring back the old noodles!”
Our supplier was out of our usual product and made a substitution. We received many complaints – so we won’t serve that brand again!
